Refund Policy

All sales of food and beverage products are "final sale".  
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have been delivered.  
Food and beverages are "final sale unless damaged/defective."

We will provide a refund or replacement "only if":
- The product was delivered damaged, defective, or unsafe to consume; or
- The wrong product was shipped in error.

"How to request a refund:"
- Notify us within "3 days of delivery at mail@153goldenfish.com."
- Include your order number and photo evidence of the issue.
- Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within "5–10 business days".  
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
