Local delivery availability may vary based on order volume and location.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping is free of charge within Canada, including local delivery in Toronto.
No additional shipping fees apply at checkout.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
Tracking information will be provided where available and may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

6. Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, 153 Golden Fish Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or regulatory processes

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

8. Lost or Missing Shipments

If your order appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.
We will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for delays beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
